Make At Home: Strawberry Meringue Sundaes

Have The Harbour Bar experience at home and have a go at making DELICIOUS Strawberry Meringue Sundaes

Ingredients (Serves 4):


• Strawberry Syrup
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• Meringue Nests (roughly broken)
• Punnet of Fresh Strawberries
• 4 Wafers

Method:

First wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
In a tall sundae dish or glass add a dash of strawberry syrup, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, then add a few pieces of broken meringue and some chopped fresh strawberries.
Top with another scoop of vanilla and finish with a whole strawberry and a wafer.
