Have The Harbour Bar experience at home and have a go at making a DELICIOUS Fruity Chocolate Ice Cream Fondue.
(You will need a Chocolate Fondue Set, bamboo skewers and maybe some adult help for this recipe.)
Ingredients (Serves 4):
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• Good quality dark chocolate for melting in the Fondue
• Fresh Fruit to Dip
First wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
Remove a thick slice of ice cream from a tub and chop into rough pieces. Place in one layer on a baking sheet and re-freeze until solid. Melt chocolate in a fondue or fountain, chop some fruit (bananas and strawberries work well) remove ice cream from freezer and skewer along with a piece of fruit. Dip quickly into the melted chocolate and eat immediately.
