Amongst our favourable reviews from customers, and thankfully there are many, are unfavourable reviews from other customers. Well that's life. You can't please everyone.
However, when you consider that all shifts at The Harbour Bar are supervised, and the supervisors do stand out as they wear white uniforms can someone explain why people, who need to complain, don't speak up?
Added to that, we are on the telephone, we have a fax, we have e. mail, we have a postal address, we have a web page and everyone who knows me knows that I am in Tesco every moring at 6-45 am.I'd love to speak to you. I can solve any problem. Give me the chance, help make the Harbour Bar a better business.
